Rendering & animation

SPEKTRUM GOGGLES

Scope: Construct 3D models with materials and textures according to references. Make photorealistic renders of the whole collection.

01.

Interpret & Construct

The provided two-dimensional drawings and tech packs are interpreted and constructed into a 3D model. All this is done in a CAD environment to be a 1:1 representation of the real product.

02.

Set up & Texture

The virtual studio is set up with cameras and lights. Materials and textures are added to the model, aiming to be as photorealistic as possible. This is done by studying reference photos of the actual, or similar, products.

03.

Render & Animation

Time for the computer cores to do some work by calculations and ray-tracing. The results are photorealistic product images. All withing a controlled environment with identical lights and angles.

04.

Sustainability

The fact that you can take photos of a whole collection way before they even are manufactured is a great sustainable advantage. The demand for certain models and colors can be investigated in advance, which reduces any unnecessary production.
